when people talk 'down' about their parents.... and ESPECIALLY when it is in broken-hearted tones.
don't be quick to judge.

'cause some ppl are not as lucky as you are.
do you know how effing fortunate you are!? to have fully functional parents. rich, smart, beautiful, close knit family.

because some parents are just kids grown up. or not.

if you say you hate ur mum/dad, and with good reasons, i totally respect that. because, i can understand how sometimes, the only thing u may have w ur family is a blood bond - and then you are bound ur whole life through that one thing you never wished upon. because the bible says to honour your mother and father.

which kid on this earth didn't idolise his mother/father during the early stages of his life?
which kid wouldn't want the comfort of having the security and dependence on his PARENTS for his entire life?

how old do we get before we stop depending on our parents for everything?
how long before we stop crying in panic everytime we get lost in a busy shopping mall?
before we move out of home?

if anyone's ever laughed at you for letting your parents do everything for you, being lovey-dovey or still reaching out for $$$,
