FINALLY. smthg interesting in class to share. rambled to sher abt this interesting case. the women cldn't claim when doc was performing vaginal ultrasound insertion for his own sexual gratification because they had consented to it and his motive was irrelevant (even though they didn't know abt his motive til after!) - but super disapproved. then ltr re-interpreted in Queensland to possibly save future cases like that.
